In late 2015, the client find us to design a new office place for their office in Qingdao. It will not only be their employers office, but also a show case of the entrepreneurship and co-working space for the startups in the district. According to the characteristics of client's culture, which is to " believe in creating a better world by unleashing the vast potential of hidden and captive technologies" and its goal of " provides new technologies and startups a platform for connecting with Chinese customers and investors through the use of multimedia", we decide to use light materials and flexible design to construct an open, innovative, relaxing environment for the space. Blue is the theme color, and lots of X shape features are designed to dialog with the branding characters of XTecher.
X shape is integrated to become the main feature of interior design
A staircase become the auditorium as well as provide storage space
A basketball court ceiling light and sports seat design emphasize the corner's recreation function.
