Design Brief

The site is located at the intersection of two secondary roads, next to a large scale residential project. The developer hopes to utilize the parcel to create a children's playground for the residences and their families. The design strategy is to integrate several programs, including running tracks, a resting area, a cafe+grocery store, and kids' recreation facilities together.
